In 2025, I had the absolute pleasure of returning to the Gala Theatre in Durham for another incredible festive season. Following the massive success of our 2024 production of Beauty and the Beast, it felt fantastic to reunite with the same brilliant creative team and crew. There is always a unique magic to working on home turf during the Christmas period, surrounded by familiar faces and the unmatched energy of a Northeast audience.

Panto and Christmas sessions are notoriously intense, packed with multi-show days and rapid turnaround times. However, the camaraderie backstage at the Gala makes every grueling shift entirely worth it. Bringing high-quality theatre to my local community alongside a team that feels like family is the perfect way to wrap up the year.
